All monthly payments calculated above do not include applicable taxes; such taxes will be referenced in the financing agreement and are the responsibility of the customer.

This Proposal is an expression by LEAF Capital Funding, LLC of its interest in pursuing a transaction on the general terms and conditions outlined above. The Proposal is not intended to and does not create any binding legal obligation on the part of either party. THE PROPOSAL IS NOT, AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS, A COMMITMENT BY LEAF OR ANY RELATED ENTITY TO PROCEED WITH ANY TRANSACTION. LEAF Capital Funding, LLC will not be obligated to proceed with any transaction until the satisfactory completion of its credit, legal and investment approval process. The terms and conditions of the Proposal shall be superseded by and shall no longer be effective upon the execution and delivery of final legal documentation with respect to the proposed transaction.
